1. Delivery coverage

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

2. Delivery time

Inside Dhaka: usually 1–2 business days.
Outside Dhaka: usually 2–4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sales, holidays or due to courier conditions.

3. Delivery charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳60 (standard).
Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (standard).
Free delivery on qualifying orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

The exact charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you confirm.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking link by SMS. You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page using your OVN-XXXXXX order number.

5. Cash on Delivery

COD is available nationwide — pay only when your order arrives. For some high-value orders we may request partial advance payment.

6. Failed or missed delivery

If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us.
